Prior To Your Stay:
- You are able to reserve your chosen property by Emailing us through our web site or, if you are happier, contacting us by phone. We will require your full contact details inc full postal address, phone numbers and Email address. Additionally we will need to know how many people are planning to stay in the property.
- We are able to be flexible in accommodating the specific dates and times you wish to book the property.
- After our confirmation of availability, we will advise you of the total deposit required to be paid, this will secure the property for your requested booking period. The non-refundable deposit will be 25% of the total rent owing. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer, details of which will be provided at the time of booking.
- The balance and a refundable breakage/loss of keys fee of €50 is required one month prior to your stay.
During Your Stay:
- The property will be offered with bedding and towels as appropriate.
- At the end of your stay we will arrange for the property to be cleaned but we would ask you to ensure general cleanliness and the disposal of rubbish prior to vacating the property. If required additional cleaning can be arranged during your letting period.
- Instructions on how to operate the various equipment can be found in the apartment.
- If you experience any difficulties with regard to the property during your stay then feel free to contact ourselves by phone or Email.
After Your Stay:
- We will make arrangements directly with you to ensure the safe return of the property keys and consequent refund of your €50 deposit.
